Espacement des plantes

L'espacement des plantes est basé sur la largeur ultime des plantes. Ce chiffre est normalement donné sous forme de fourchette; par exemple, 3-5'. Il est recommandé d'utiliser le plus grand nombre lors du calcul de la distance à partir d'un bâtiment ou d'une structure. Description Des rosettes d'énormes feuillages persistants et coriaces font 'Winterglut' Pigsqueak (bergenia cordifolia) un couvre-sol vivace d'ombre exceptionnel. Il mérite le nom commun de pigsqueak en raison du bruit émis lorsque les feuilles se frottent les unes contre les autres ! Les feuilles vertes prennent des teintes rouges et bronze en automne et en hiver, offrant un intérêt toute l'année. Lorsque le feuillage redevient vert au printemps, des fleurs rose vif apparaissent sur de grands épis, inaugurant le printemps avec des grappes de couleur. Cette plante vivace résistante aux cerfs et aux lapins est incroyablement facile à cultiver ! Le seul entretien requis est une taille rapide au printemps pour enlever les feuilles endommagées par l'hiver.
