Espacement des plantes

L'espacement des plantes est basé sur la largeur ultime des plantes. Ce chiffre est normalement donné sous forme de fourchette; par exemple, 3-5'. Si vous vivez dans un climat froid et/ou souhaitez que les plantes se remplissent plus rapidement, prévoyez un espacement à l'extrémité la plus courte de la plage. Si vous vivez dans un climat chaud, avez un budget limité ou êtes prêt à attendre plus longtemps que les plantes se touchent, utilisez le haut de gamme. Il est recommandé d'utiliser le plus grand nombre lors du calcul de la distance à partir d'un bâtiment ou d'une structure. Il n'y a vraiment pas d'"espacement maximum": si vous ne voulez pas que vos plantes se touchent, vous pouvez les espacer autant que vous le souhaitez. Tous les espacements des plantes sont calculés au centre, ou en d'autres termes, les centres des plantes sont espacés de la moitié de leur largeur éventuelle :

Description Les plantes à double usage sont assez fantastiques et le thym citron (Thymus citridorus) en fait partie ! Il est bien connu pour être un ajout absolument délicieux aux repas - donnant aux plats de poulet une touche piquante, apportant un zeste intéressant aux biscuits au sucre ou apportant un peu de classe à une boisson mélangée. Ce qui est moins connu en revanche, c'est sa valeur comme couvre-sol ornemental ! Il peut supporter des conditions difficiles comme un sol sec et de mauvaise qualité et prospérer. Il est idéal pour se glisser entre les tremplins où la circulation piétonnière légère perturbera suffisamment le feuillage pour libérer son parfum. DÉTAILS Nom botanique: Thymus citridorus 'Citron'

Hivernage : S'il est planté dans sa zone la plus froide (5), il bénéficie d'un emplacement de jardin original dans une zone protégée des vents forts et glaciaux en hiver. Si déjà planté dans un couloir froid, recouvrez de paillis. Entretien et taille : S'il commence à devenir boisé et long, revenez à la dernière couche de vert sain et il grossira. Au printemps, tous les vieux feuillages peuvent être coupés.
