Description 'Goshiki' Houx Osmanthus (Osmanthus hétérophyllus « Goshiki ») correspond parfaitement à son nom ; Goshiki se traduit du japonais par « cinq couleurs », ce qui décrit le spectacle de couleurs constant que cet arbuste à feuilles persistantes offre ! Dès le printemps, le feuillage apparaîtra en rose foncé et deviendra vert peu de temps après. À partir de là, le feuillage vert commence à se transformer et à changer encore plus, développant des bordures jaune/crème puis un feuillage presque doré. Sa croissance est lente, mais une fois qu'elle a atteint sa maturité, elle impressionnera certainement le paysage pendant des années.

L'Osmanthus est un arbuste paysager à feuilles persistantes dans le Oléacées famille. En raison de ses branches denses et de son port compact, il est souvent utilisé en bordure de haie ou de bordure.
