Espacement des plantes

L'espacement des plantes est basé sur la largeur ultime des plantes. Ce chiffre est normalement donné sous forme de fourchette; par exemple, 3-5'. Si vous vivez dans un climat froid et/ou souhaitez que les plantes se remplissent plus rapidement, prévoyez un espacement à l'extrémité la plus courte de la plage. Si vous vivez dans un climat chaud, avez un budget limité ou êtes prêt à attendre plus longtemps que les plantes se touchent, utilisez le haut de gamme. Il est recommandé d'utiliser le plus grand nombre lors du calcul de la distance à partir d'un bâtiment ou d'une structure. Il n'y a vraiment pas d'"espacement maximum": si vous ne voulez pas que vos plantes se touchent, vous pouvez les espacer autant que vous le souhaitez. Tous les espacements des plantes sont calculés au centre, ou en d'autres termes, les centres des plantes sont espacés de la moitié de leur largeur éventuelle :

Description Une belle couverture de thym jaune parfumé au citron est exactement ce qu'il faut pour le sol nu entre les pavés, les bords des lits ensoleillés ou les conteneurs sans remplissage. Le thym 'Archer's Gold' (Thymus citriodorus) est un fantastique couvre-sol rustique qui peut même être utilisé pour la cuisine. Les papillons et les abeilles pensent qu'il a aussi bon goût ; lorsque ses fleurs roses apparaissent en été, les pollinisateurs aussi ! Il ne vous posera aucun problème une fois établi dans votre paysage, car il aime les conditions sèches, résiste aux cerfs et tolère la chaleur et la circulation piétonnière légère.
